This Privacy Policy explains how CubenQ collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit or buy from CubenQ.com (the "Site"). We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to get your keepsake to you, and we never sell your information.

YOUR BABY'S PRINTS AND PHOTOS

Your CubenQ keepsake is made at home, so your baby's handprint, footprint, and photo stay with you. We never receive them unless you choose to send us a photo, for example to get help with your print or to leave a review. We will only use that photo for the reason you sent it, and we will never post it publicly without your permission.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your Order Information to fulfill your order, including processing your payment, shipping your keepsake, and sending your order confirmation and tracking updates. We also use it to:

  • Answer your questions and help with returns or replacements;
  • Check orders for fraud and protect you and our store; and
  • Send you news and offers, if you have agreed to receive them.

We use Device Information to help prevent fraud, improve the Site, and understand how well our ads and marketing are working.
